Can I get a letter for my VISA application?

Note that we are unable to directly contact embassies or various officials on your behalf. We can only issue the letter that shows your proof of acceptance and potential attendance to the workshop. We will send you an electronic letter of acceptance upon your request so that you may present it to the appropriate issuing officials. Please contact the IWCMM coordinator, iwcmm22ad@gmail.com.

Citizens of 36 participating countries of the Visa Waiver Program (VWP) can travel to the United States for tourism or business (visitor [B] visa purposes only) for stays of 90 days or less without obtaining a visa. Where is the convenient place to the conference site?

We have arranged the negotiated room rate with Sheraton Inner Harbor Hotel. Please check more information here.

What is included in the registration package?

Registration package includes:
·Welcome Reception on Sunday, 9/23/2012, 7-9pm 
· Admission to all sessions 
· Breakfast and AM/PM coffee breaks, Mon - Wed
· Lunch on Tuesday,  9/25/2012, 12:30-1:15pm
· Reception and Banquet on Tuesday, 9/25/2012, 6:30-9pm



How long is it for each presentation?

Normal presentation would be 24 min long, including the preparation and Q&A time. Some keynote speakers will give 48 min presentation.

What kind of cables do you have to connect the laptop and projector?

We have VGA cables provided from the conference service. If you are using your own laptop, please make sure it has VGA port or to bring the converter.
